However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ve made our Return and Refund Policy simple, transparent, and fair — so you can shop with complete confidence.


1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the order, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All original tags, manuals, and accessories must be intact.

  • The product must not be damaged or altered after delivery.

Please note: Certain product categories (like personal hygiene items, perfumes, opened electronics, or customized goods) are non-returnable due to safety and hygiene concerns.


2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return request:

  • Contact our support team at support@royalempireexpress.ae or call +971 504746499.

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and attach photos if the item is defective or damaged.

  • Our support team will review your request and guide you through the pickup or drop-off process.

Once approved, a courier will be arranged to collect the product from your provided address, or you may be asked to return it to our nearest fulfillment center.


3. Return Conditions

  • Returned items will undergo a quality inspection once received at our warehouse.

  • Products that fail the inspection (used, missing accessories, or damaged after delivery) will not be eligible for a refund.

  • In such cases, the product may be shipped back to the customer at their request and expense.


4. Refund Process
After successful inspection and approval of the returned item:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–10 working days.

  • If you paid through Tabby or Tamara, your refund will be handled according to their installment terms and may take slightly longer.

  • Payments made via card will be refunded to the same payment method, while cash-on-delivery refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Our goal is to ensure that your refund reaches you safely and as quickly as possible.


5. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, please report it to our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
Attach clear pictures and order details — we’ll review and arrange for replacement or refund immediately.
We may ask to collect the defective item for inspection or replacement confirmation.


6. Exchange Policy
In some cases, you can also request an exchange instead of a refund — especially for size or color differences (if available).
Exchange approvals are subject to product stock and eligibility criteria.
Our support team will confirm availability before processing the exchange.


7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, the following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Beauty, skincare, or grooming products once opened

  • Underwear, swimwear, or personal accessories

  • Food items or perishables

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Electronic products with activated warranties

We encourage all customers to review product details carefully before purchase.


8. Order Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting customer support.
Once the product has been dispatched, it can only be returned after delivery following the standard return policy.
If the cancellation is due to a stock or payment issue, full refund will be issued immediately.


9. Refund Delays
While we strive to process all refunds on time, external factors such as bank processing, holidays, or third-party delays may extend refund times slightly.
We keep you updated throughout the process and provide reference details once the refund is issued.
