Our mission is to maintain a marketplace that ensures trust, transparency, and exceptional service for both sellers and buyers.
By registering as a seller on Royal Empire Express, you agree to follow the guidelines below to maintain a professional and reliable shopping environment.


1. Seller Registration
All sellers must complete the registration process with valid business or personal information.
Required details include:

  • Full name or business name

  • Valid Emirates ID or trade license

  • Contact number and email address

  • Accurate business address and banking details

Royal Empire Express reserves the right to verify and approve seller accounts before activation.


2. Product Listing Guidelines
Sellers must ensure that all listed products are authentic, accurately described, and legally allowed for sale in the UAE.
Each listing should include:

  • Clear product images (no misleading visuals)

  • Detailed specifications, size, and color options

  • Accurate pricing and stock availability

Misleading information, counterfeit items, or prohibited goods will result in immediate suspension of the seller account.


3. Order Processing & Fulfillment
Sellers are responsible for confirming and shipping customer orders within the committed timeline.
All products should be packed securely to avoid damage during delivery.
Failure to fulfill orders or repeated delays may lead to account review, temporary suspension, or penalties.


4. Pricing & Payments
Sellers are free to set their own product prices but must follow Royal Empire Express’s fair pricing guidelines.
Payments are transferred to sellers after successful order delivery and confirmation from the customer.
For orders made via Tabby or Tamara, the payment will be processed according to the installment provider’s settlement policy.


5. Returns, Refunds & Disputes
Sellers must accept returns or refunds in compliance with the Royal Empire Express Return Policy.
If a customer files a valid return or dispute, sellers must cooperate fully to ensure timely resolution.
Repeated complaints or poor after-sales service can affect the seller’s account rating and visibility.


6. Prohibited & Restricted Items
The following items are strictly prohibited on the platform:

  • Counterfeit or imitation products

  • Items violating UAE customs laws or intellectual property

  • Adult or restricted content

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Violation of this rule may lead to permanent account termination and legal action where applicable.


7. Marketing & Promotions
Sellers may participate in Royal Empire Express campaigns, flash sales, or discount programs to boost sales.
All promotions must be approved by the platform’s marketing team to maintain consistent brand quality and customer trust.


8. Seller Conduct & Communication
Sellers are expected to maintain professional communication with both customers and the platform team.
Offensive, abusive, or unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated.
Royal Empire Express reserves the right to take corrective action, including account deactivation, in case of violations.


9. Account Termination
Royal Empire Express reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts that fail to comply with platform rules, engage in fraudulent activities, or negatively impact the customer experience.
